These terms govern your use of 24 Hour Emergency Roof Repair Pittsburgh. By calling us or submitting a form, you agree to them.

Emergency dispatch

We dispatch 24/7 and aim to respond fast, but we do not guarantee a specific arrival time. Weather, traffic, and call volume affect response. We work only when it is safe to do so.

Estimates and pricing

Any price ranges shown are typical ranges only. Final price is given after an on-site inspection. Steep, historic, and after-hours calls cost more. We tell you the price before any work starts.

Repair and replacement

We give honest repair-vs-replace recommendations, but the decision is yours. Tarps are a temporary fix, not a permanent repair. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after we leave if you delay the permanent repair we recommend.

Insurance

Coverage is always your carrier's decision. We provide photos and documentation to support your claim, but we do not file claims for you and we do not guarantee coverage.

Safety

You agree to stay off the roof and follow our safety guidance. If water is near lights or outlets, turn off the power at the breaker. Call 911 for a roof collapse or downed power lines.
